2012 Fall Season Registration is Open!!
Fall Season Registration
AYSO Region 40 is happy to announce that eAYSO is now open for fall season 2012 registration. Please visit www.eayso.org to complete the registration process. There will also be in-person registrations, at various locations, so that parents and players can submit their Player Registration Form and/or Volunteer Form for the 2012 season.
Note: The fastest way to register and ensure your space for the upcoming season is by registering and paying on-line.
Returning Players
· Log into eAYSO and enter your login email address used to register in 2011
· Enter Password
· Update the player information as necessary. In other words, don't just automatically roll the previous year's information. Make sure to update all fields
· Pay for registration. Print confirmation number. Return all documents to in-person regsitration
New Players
· Log into eAYSO using the above link
· Click on the menu item "My child is new to AYSO soccer and wants to play soccer"
· Here you will establish a login email and create a password. Note: Please write the password down in case you forget
· Enter all necessary information to complete the registration
· Registration system will ask you to electronically sign your name
· Print copy of Player Registration Form
· Apply to be a volunteer.
· Pay for regsitration. Print confirmation number. Return to in-person registration.
· When submitting Player Registration Form, please bring a copy of the child's birth certificate for verification.
Fees
AYSO Region 40 is happy to offer "Early Bird" discount pricing from April 2012 through May 31, 2012. Regular registration prices will be in effect for June 2012. Due to the high volume of interest already, we will have Late Registration prices all of July 2012. The FINAL date to register is July 31, 2012. Don't wait until the last possible chance to sign up.
· Early Bird Registration = $95.00
· Regular Registration = $105.00
· Late Registration = $140.00
Note: Players wishing to sign up AFTER July 31, 2012 will be placed on a waitlist. There are no guarantees that your child will be placed on a team AFTER July 31, 2012.
