CONTINUATION PROGRAM

Stage II is a 10 week continuation program of the

 SWAP Training Method which is designed

for those players who have completed

Stage I ( Dribbling and Changes of Direction)

 

Stage II

(Passing and Finishing)

Please do not cone off more than a 30'x30' space when the field is crowded.
If you need a bigger space find a permitted field and time that will work for you.
