How to register as an AYSO Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in supporting our AYSO children. We all appreciate your support.
Everyone Must Renew Volunteer Forms
All volunteers need to fill out a Volunteer Application for any volunteer positions in AYSO. This is necessary to provide a safe environment for our children. Even if you have volunteered in the years past, you must still renew your application for the entire 2008/2009 season. Volunteer Applications are good from August 1, 2008 - July 31, 2009. Region 40 encourages you to pre-register by going to www.eayso.org. Once there, fill out your background information and print two copies of the application. If you are having problems accessing eAYSO, you can access the manual form below. Just fill out the information directly on the form.
Everyone must send in signed hard copies of the Volunteer Forms
Please print and sign two copies of the form. Mail both signed copies to:

Instructions for signing up online
eAYSO is the website provided to register players and volunteers online.
If this is your first time registering online, you will need to create a user name and password. Click the “First Time” button and follow the instructions. User names and passwords are NOT assigned at registration. A User name and Password are only created and assigned to you by using this website.

Once you get set up with an eAYSO account, you can follow either tab as a Parent or as a Volunteer.

By clicking the “AYSO Parents” button, you can do the following administrative actions for your child player;
· Sign-up or re-enroll a player
· Update your family information
· Find a players team information
· Print out a player form
· Pay online- (Not available yet in our region)
By clicking on the “AYSO Volunteers” buttong, you can
· Sign up or Renew a volunteer/youth volunteer (Note returning volunteers complete and submit this form each and every year)
· Update Volunteer information
· Find your volunteer ID number (this known as your AYSO number)
· Print out your volunteer form
· Sign-up for a course
This page will identify you to eAYSO. Enter your name as you did on your childs application.
This page will create your username and password. We recommend you complete this page. Please write down your password for future reference. Remember your username is your email address.
